Yes, when the booking is still eligible under the cancellation policy. An eligible cancellation returns the refundable amount to your wallet.

Open Play is a scheduled shared session where members can reserve available player slots instead of booking an entire court.

Yes. Click Add guest and enter one full name per guest. The system checks remaining capacity and charges the participation fee for every added slot.

Yes. Open the same active session, click Add guest for each additional person, enter unique names, and confirm the additional guest slots.

Approved cancellations and administrator refunds are credited to your wallet and recorded in your wallet transaction history.

The slot may already be booked, reserved for Open Play, blocked for maintenance, outside operating hours, or temporarily held during another booking attempt.
